Hybrid Internships with Grassroots Organizations

At Roots, we are excited to offer Hybrid Internships – a flexible way to gain international experience while balancing your budget, schedule, and personal interests. A Hybrid Internship offers you the best of both worlds: time spent working remotely from home and time spent on the ground with our partners.

This unique experience provides an opportunity to meet the team in-person and see the organization in action, while also offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Highlights of our Hybrid Internships:

  • Gain international work experience with the flexibility to split your time between remote and in-person learning
  • Immerse yourself in impactful work and see projects in action, while also balancing your internship with your studies, travel or other commitments
  • Make your internship more affordable by reducing time spent abroad, without missing out on the in-person experience
