When you join us for an internship in Africa, you’ll be part of a small organization that will allow you to be an integral part of its work. Though your tasks will be based on your skills and experience, we make sure that all placements offer exciting, in-depth work experiences that will broaden your knowledge, develop your skills, and enhance your CV. During monthly sessions, a professional coach will help you set goals, reflect on your experience, and ensure your internship will benefit your career as much as possible. It’s a great way to squeeze an optimal amount of benefit out of your internship.
Throughout your internship journey, we’ll be here to support you. We’ll take our time to find your perfect NGO internship in Africa and to help you prepare for your trip. When you get here, we’ll meet you at the airport and help you settle into your African adventure. We want you to have a valuable, exciting, and fun experience, and are committed to helping you accomplish this.
While we love bringing international talent to Africa, we also feel it’s essential to nurture local talent. That’s why we offer a number of free internship placements each year to talented individuals from underprivileged communities in South Africa. It’s a way of offering skill development opportunities to those who need it most.
