This Remote Leadership Program Development Internship offers a meaningful chance to be involved in shaping impactful programs for Black girls aged 12–18 in the United States. Interns will contribute to key initiatives including curriculum development, mentorship coordination, and the implementation of leadership training. You will work closely with a remote team to support program design and delivery while helping track impact and progress. TASKS & REQUIreMENTS

This remote internship offers a chance to build practical skills in program design and leadership. You’ll support various aspects of the Leadership Skills Program depending on your interests and current project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement leadership curriculum and global training packages
  • Coordinate and support leadership training sessions and mentor-led workshops
  • Assist in launching and promoting the Leadership Skills Program
  • Create digital badges and training materials for mentors and mentees
  • Develop engagement metrics and track mentorship outcomes
  • Research funding, donor, and scholarship opportunities
  • Build and maintain a database of funders and relevant resources
  • Facilitate communication and engagement within the mentorship network

Requirements

  • Experience in program development or leadership training
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to design and implement training content
  • Experience with data tracking and reporting tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a global, remote team
