TASKS & REQUIreMENTS
This remote internship will be tailored to match your skills and professional interests while aligning with the organization’s mission. As a Remote International Program Launch intern, you will take on responsibilities that contribute to the strategic growth of the program in different countries.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing country-specific launch plans for new mentorship programs
- Conduct needs assessments for different regions, including the U.S., U.K., Jamaica, Kenya, and Nigeria
- Research local funding sources, grants, and partnership opportunities
- Support outreach efforts to increase program awareness and engagement
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of mentors and mentees
- Develop materials and resources for program implementation
- Track program progress and compile reports on key outcomes
- Contribute to advocacy efforts and digital media campaigns supporting the organization’s mission
- Monitor, facilitate, and manage the community platform management
Requirements
- Experience with digital tools, outreach strategies, or program coordination is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in mentorship, nonprofit work, and community development
