Vacancy – Specialized Program Advisor
This position is part of the advising team for Roots Interns, Kaya Responsible Travel, and World Endeavors, three organizations within a global consortium providing international internship and volunteer abroad programs in over 40 countries. The Specialized Program Advisor for Roots and Kaya is responsible for guiding prospective participants through the application process, matching them with appropriate programs, and supporting them from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role contributes directly to the growth and success of the organizations by ensuring an exceptional advising experience, meeting enrollment targets, and collaborating with colleagues and international partners.
