I had a wonderful experience as an intern and got to work on many marketing tasks like writing blog & web content, doing social media research, updating databases, and helping with new projects. Not only did I learn valuable things during the internship itself, but I also learned about South African culture. I had an amazing time and would do it all over again if I could.I had a wonderful experience as an intern and got to work on many marketing tasks like writing blog & web content, doing social media research, updating databases, and helping with new projects. I had a highly rewarding experience during my market analysis internship. I gained a wealth of knowledge about data analysis and managing social media operations. The hands-on visual results I achieved truly helped me appreciate the power of social media in the real world. The experience I acquired exceeded my expectations.I had a highly rewarding experience during my market analysis internship. I went into the first week only really knowing that the big silver button on my camera was what took a picture when pressed! I’ve definitely come a long way not only as a photographer (if I can call myself that after three weeks?!) but as a whole, the experience really enriched me on a personal level. The opportunity to photograph things that most ‘normal’ people would never get the privilege of was truly inspiring. Feeling welcomed and wanted when walking into rural communities and getting to engage with the local people was something that initially felt a little bit...I went into the first week only really knowing that the big silver button on my camera was what took a picture when pressed! Faces and hugs I’ll never forget! See More Heidi, British – Falmouth University
