NGO Management Internship in Cambodia
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Engage in broad skill-building opportunities, varied workloads, and a chance to make a tangible impact for impoverished communities
Earn diverse experience in management roles as you coordinate construction projects, education programs, and the daily operations of an NGO. Interns on this program will develop a broad set of skills through practical learning opportunities, and contribute to an incredible cause as they do.
You’ll join a locally-founded NGO in Siem Reap dedicated to combating the extreme poverty in the region. Their primary focus is constructing proper housing and sanitation systems for rural neighborhoods of the province where these basic necessities are lacking. The organization has also built a community center where English language and computer classes run.
As an intern, you’ll gain your insight and experience in all aspects of the organization’s management; from fundraising to project coordination to impact reports. The NGO has a small team, so you’ll work closely with the founder and senior team, assisting with behind-the-scenes operations of running an NGO.

ORGANIZATION
This is a locally-founded NGO working to improve living conditions among impoverished communities of Siem Reap. Founded in 2014 by locals in the city, this organization is dedicated to addressing a lack of basic necessities like drinking water and sanitation facilities. The organization combats this by providing families and neighborhoods in rural areas with proper housing, wells, WASH systems, and solar systems.
As well as their building programs, the organization runs a community center. Here community members can find daily computer and English language classes.
